Leadership

Buzz Aldrin by Neil Armstrong. July 21, 1969.

Human beings first stood on the moon only three years after Dr. Carroll Daugherty issued the Enterprise decision through the seven tests  of just cause, and six years prior to both the 1975 California Supreme Court's Skelly decision and the U.S. Supreme Court's Weingarten ruling.  The leadership of the OUJC organizes for the recognition and adoption of fundamental due process, job security standards into law.  These protections are long overdue to uninhibit workplace advocacy, encourage human potential, and improve quality of life.  Founding members of the OUJC's Board of Directors are all current or former labor union members and labor union staff.
